This is not a full list, but some of the major BBQ Festivals scheduled for this year.

Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri. Bluegrass and BBQ Festival May 13 - June 4, 2006

Memphis in May, Memphis, TN May 18-20

The Canadian Festival of Chili and BBQ on May 26-27 is being held in conjunction with Eat Vancouver. Details are available here.

National Capital BBQ Battle, Washington DC June 22-23

Several events sponsored by the New England Barbecue Society (NEBS) can be found here including Lake Placid's 'I love BBQ' July 4, The Harpoon BBQ Festival in Vermont on July 22-23, the Maine State BBQ Championship on Aug 5-6, the Hudson Valley Rib Fest Aug 19-20, and the Cape Cod Classic on Sept 30-Oct 1.
